90-Day Return Policy
You have 90 days from the date you receive your skincare or supplement product to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us at hello@supermood.us. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns should be sent to: 15173B NE 21st Ave, North Miami Beach, FL 33162. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately to address the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on certain types of items: perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods like beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
For an exchange, return the item you have. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
